4。 Floor must be dry at the grass-roots level, application of water-borne floor coatings should be under 10% when the moisture content, the application of epoxy floor paint solvent coating requirements such as the moisture content is not more than 8% at the grass-roots level;

5。 Floor at the grass-roots level, alkaline used floor lacquer coating should comply with the requirements. For surface paint, pH value must be smaller than 8.
