KaStar MS3030 is high-performance trimethoxy-silane terminated polyether (SMP base polymer) manufactured by KATER Import & Export Co., Ltd. This moisture-curing resin is the core raw material for producing elastic sealants, structural adhesives, potting glue and waterproof coatings. Different from PU & silicone raw materials, MS3030 contains no solvent and free cyanate; it cures without bubble generation and releases no odor, perfectly matching eco-friendly formulation demands for construction, transportation and general industrial manufacturing.

The attached curve chart shows the viscosity fluctuation rule of MS3030 resin from 20℃ to 90℃: resin viscosity decreases significantly as temperature rises, which provides clear reference for factory mixing, heating processing and construction temperature control.
5：Usage & Formulation Guide
- Solubility: Soluble in ethanol, dimethyl carbonate and other common organic solvents; insoluble in water.
- Curing Principle: Terminal trimethoxysilane reacts with air moisture under catalyst for crosslinking curing; add vinyl trimethoxysilane dehydrant to avoid premature curing during mixing & storage.
- Cleaning Method: Uncured raw material can be wiped off with ethanol or dimethyl carbonate; fully cured glue must be removed via mechanical grinding.
- Post-opening Storage: Finish consumption quickly once barrel is opened; seal tightly and store under dry 4℃–30℃ environment if leftover.
6：Substrate & Construction Restrictions
❌ Not applicable for fully enclosed space without air moisture contact
❌ Forbidden on frosted, damp uncured concrete surface
❌ New concrete base requires minimum 28 days dry curing; extend 1 drying day for each rainy day
❌ Surface construction temperature must stay between 4℃–40℃
❌ Pre-adhesion test is required before mass production or bonding special substrates, contact KASTAR technical support for guidance
❌ Road joint sealant shall be filled lower than pavement surface to prevent abrasion
7：Storage & Packaging
Storage Requirement
- Keep in cool, dry warehouse on wooden pallets, avoid water, frost and humid air
- Sealed barrel storage temperature range: +5℃ ~ +25℃
- Unopened shelf life: up to 12 months under standard storage condition

- 200kg iron drum with inner aluminum foil anti-moisture bag
- 1000kg IBC ton container barrel
