This universal elastic wood flooring glue contains no solvent and zero water, ready-to-use directly without dilution. It firmly bonds all styles of wood flooring on both absorbent and impermeable base substrates, ideal for residential and commercial wood floor laying projects.

4. Step-by-Step Application Instructions
- Pre-temperature treatment: Place MS955 adhesive indoors to reach room temperature before construction.
- Glue spreading: Use 3mm or 6mm V-notched trowel to evenly coat the base floor. Only spread glue that can be fully covered by wood flooring within 20 minutes.
- Floor installation: Slide wood planks onto adhesive layer, tap tightly with a rubber mallet. Ensure over 80% contact between glue and floor backside.
- Reinforce bonding: Place heavy weights on newly laid floors to boost final adhesion strength.
- Post-install waiting: Wait minimum 12 hours before sanding, polishing or surface finishing the wood floor.
- Cleaning tips: Fresh uncured glue can be wiped off tools & floors with dedicated adhesive cleaner / white spirit; fully cured glue must be removed by mechanical grinding.
5. Subfloor Preparation Standard
All base floors must comply with local building construction standards:
- Base floor requirements: Solid, flat, permanently dry; completely clear of old glue residue, dust, grease, wax, oil and other pollutants.
- Overlay old floors: Original existing floor covering must be firmly attached to ground and fully cleaned before new wood floor installation.
- Priming treatment:
- Highly absorbent base surfaces need KASTAR dedicated primer to prevent excessive glue absorption
- Anhydrite screed, particle board, plywood must be coated with matching primer
- Fully dry primer and self-leveling compound before spreading MS955 adhesive
6. Storage & Safety Notice
- Sealed original bucket stored at 10℃ ~ 30℃, shelf life up to 12 months
- Product is frost sensitive, avoid low-temperature freezing environment

Cleaning Guide
Tools and fresh glue spills can be cleaned with white spirit, solid dried glue scraps can be scraped off mechanically.
7. Usage Restrictions
❌ Do not construct when ambient temperature lower than +5℃ or higher than +35℃
❌ Cannot apply on surfaces with uncured silicone sealant
❌ Working joint depth shall not be less than 6mm
❌ Floor expansion & contraction gap change cannot exceed 25% of average joint width
